How to get your personalized custom embroidery?

Upload Your Clear, Front-Facing Photos.We will confirm image details with you via chat or email within 48 hours. elements you’d like to stand out in your photo — such as a palm tree or footprints on the sand are very important to us. We digitize your custom image into an embroidery pattern and create machine-readable files using embroidery software, preserving your precious memories in every stitch.As this process requires extensive manual computer work, we cannot accept returns after the pattern is finalized.

 

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@stitchyourlife.com within 7 days after receiving your item. We will try our best to resolve your issues.
Please note that all embroidered portrait products are custom-made. A great deal of time and effort goes into creating each unique piece, so returns are not accepted for custom items.Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we have not yet started production.
Once production has commenced, order cancellations will no longer be accepted. Substantial time and materials have already been used to create your custom portrait.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Order Change Policy

If you need to modify your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot accommodate any changes after this period.

 

Policy for Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items, we accept returns for quality defects within 7 working days upon receipt.
