We kindly note that embroidery is not digital printing, so an exact reproduction is not possible. However, we will spare no effort to recreate your precious memories.
STEP2 Confirm Draft & Payment
We will make the draft of digital embroidery within 5BDs and sent it to you. If we do not receive your confirmation, we will put your custom order on hold. If you are not satisfied with the draft, you may share your suggestions. After you confirm the personalized embroidery draft and complete payment, we will proceed to make the digital embroidery file.
STEP3 Manual Embroidery Digitizing
We digitize your custom image into a personalized embroidery pattern and create machine-readable files using embroidery software, preserving your precious memories in every stitch. As this process requires extensive manual computer work, we cannot accept returns after the pattern is finalized.
STEP4 Embroidery Production & Shipment
We will transfer the digital embroidery file to machine, carefully match thread colors , start embroidery production.The machine will stitch your personalized embroidery thread by thread. Then we will mount it in a frame and deliver it to you.Also,we'll send the tracking details to you.After you receive it, you can give it as a heartfelt gift ,or display the keepsake at home

We manually create digital embroidery files on the computer based on your photos, then stitch them out with embroidery machines. This process requires extensive technical expertise, and our finished works are comparable to fully handcrafted embroidery.
2. What’s the time for personalized embroidery orders?
As long as you reply us quickly, we usually ship everything within 7 business days.
First, once you send your photo, we’ll check all details with you within 48 hours. If you don’t reply in time, your order will be held up.
Second, we’ll send the draft digitized embroidery file for your confirmation within 5 BDs. A fast reply from you lets us finish production and ship within 7BDS. If there are lots of orders around holidays, we’ll let you know the new ship date ahead of time.
