Process
STEP1 Sent your image
Clear, front-facing photos work best. Your images can be snapshots, cute pets, child’s drawing, or a heartfelt note from a friend. We will confirm image details within 48 hours. Elements you’d like to stand out — such as a palm tree or footprints on the sand are very important to us. We kindly note that embroidery is not digital printing, so an exact reproduction is not possible. However, we will spare no effort to recreate your precious memories.
STEP2 Confirm Draft & Payment
We will make the draft of digital embroidery within 5 Business Days and sent it to you. If you are not satisfied with the draft, you may give suggestions to us,we can provide 1 free revision. If we do not receive your confirmation, we will put your custom order on hold. After you confirm the personalized embroidery draft and complete payment, we will proceed to make the digital personalized embroidery pattern.
STEP3 Manual Embroidery Digitizing
We digitize your custom image into a personalized embroidery pattern using embroidery software, preserving your precious memories in every stitch. As this process requires extensive manual computer work, we cannot accept refunds.
STEP4 Embroidery Production & Shipment
We will transfer the digital embroidery pattern to machine, carefully match thread colors .The machine will stitch your personalized embroidery thread by thread. Then we will mount it in a frame and deliver it to you.

Your order will arrive at your address in approximately 7–10 business days after shipment.
